African Black Soap (Ose Dudu)

African Black Soap (Ose Dudu) originated with the Yoruba people in Nigeria and other West-African nations.  African Black Soap is a type of natural, handmade soap that is ideal for thos with oily or acneic skin types.  It can be used as a shampoo, face soap, and body bar.  It's black color is due to the ash in the product.  Black soap is a mixture of water and the ashes of plantain skins/palm leaves, cocoa pod powder, palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and honey.  Black soap has a rough texture, making it an excellent exfoliant.  It has ultra-heailng properties and is known as a miracle worker.
